FLUX REGENERATION is a treatment plant for the regeneration of flushing baths.

Compared to traditional chemical / physical plants, the plant offers the following advantages:

• INNOVATIVE AND EXCLUSIVE PROJECT, specifically designed for flushing baths with double or triple salt
• SMALL SIZE, does not require a settler
• PRE-ASSEMBLED, does not require construction sites or heavy installations - it is delivered ready to be connected to the flushing bath and to the services (compressed air and electricity) - operational within 48 hours of delivery
• LESS SLUDGE, the sludge produced is about 1/3 compared to the purification of the washing water and can reach 70% dry
• SIMPLE AND AUTOMATIC PROCESS, controlled by PLC with the possibility of adjusting the cycle times
• HIGH EFFICIENCY
• MAXIMUM FLUSHING PERFORMANCE, the bath is always kept clear, free from any sediment or suspension and at the right pH, just like a newly formed bath
